Currently represent the State of Mississippi in consumer protection litigation against social media platforms Instagram and TikTok. This litigation focuses on various design elements of these popular social media platforms, and alleges that these design elements cause addiction and other mental health harms among Mississippi youth. 

Commonwealth of Kentucky Social Media Platform Litigation

Currently represent the Commonwealth of Kentucky in consumer protection litigation against social media platforms TikTok and Roblox. This litigation focuses on various design elements of these popular social media platforms, and alleges that these design elements cause various mental health harms as well as result in the endangerment of children using these platforms in Kentucky. 

State of Nevada Social Media Platform Litigation

Currently represent the State of Nevada in consumer protection litigation against social media platforms Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, TikTok, Snapchat, Kik, and YouTube. This litigation focuses on various design elements of these popular social media platforms, and alleges that these design elements cause addiction and other mental health harms among Nevada youth. 

Nationwide Opioid Litigation

Represented the State of Utah along with 80 cities and counties across the country in state and federal litigation against the manufacturers, distributors, and retailers of prescription opioid medications. This litigation accused the companies of pumping ever-increasing numbers of opioid pills into communities, fueling an epidemic of overdoses and deaths. Ultimately these public entities are set to recover nearly $600 million to fund cash-strapped treatment and recovery programs.  

Temu Mobile Retail App Litigation

Currently represent the States of Arkansas, Nebraska, Arizona, and the Commonwealth of Kentucky in data privacy and consumer protection litigation against Chinese e-retail giant Temu. This litigation alleges illegal data collection by the company’s popular shopping app as well as a host of other consumer protection violations.

Kia/Hyundai Antitheft Litigation

Currently represent the Cities of Albuquerque, NM and Jackson, MS in public nuisance litigation against the automakers. This litigation alleges that by producing vehicles without industry-standard antitheft devices installed, the companies fueled citywide epidemics of theft and other criminal activity.

Shale Oil Antitrust Litigation

Currently represent the City of Baltimore, MD in antitrust litigation against various shale oil producers. This litigation alleges that the producers engaged in the price fixing of crude oil, causing prices paid by cities to fuel municipal fleet vehicles to become artificially inflated.
