Public Entity Litigation Division

Founded in 2006, Fears Nachawati began representing public clients in litigation against the manufacturers, distributors, and retailers of prescription opioids in 2019. After becoming the Nachawati Law Group in 2022, the firm created the Public Entity Litigation Division, building out a team of devoted former public servants and complex civil litigators to focus their energies on a singular purpose: Protect the public good by becoming a force multiplier for government enforcers who need help protecting their citizens from corporate wrongdoing.
